Read Park’s (2003) article on plagiarism in an academic context well, making sure that you understand his central argument and can identify his main points. You must use Park’s article to understand why plagiarism is considered a moral or ethical issue in HE, and to gain an understanding of the notion of ‘digital plagiarism’, as well as how technology is assisting in detecting plagiarism in an academic context.
