What is a Raspberry Pi 4?

A Raspberry Pi is a low cost, credit-card sized computer that can be plugged in to a monitor or TV. It uses a standard keyboard and mouse. Raspberry Pi is used for  learning how to program in languages like Scratch and Python.

RGB LED HAT can be easily attached on top of the Raspberry Pi to display colorful effect, and controlled by only one signal pin.
