Report your off-campus e-access problem by submitting a question to Ask a Librarian.

Please change your password via https://www.sun.ac.za/password. See Change your password online.
Once that is done, you should have off-campus access to the library's e-resources using your new password.
Still cannot sign-on successfully, continue with the next step:
