EndNote 21 : Registering for an EndNote account and setting up EndNote Sync

Once you have installed EndNote, it is important to register for an EndNote account so you may make use of its online services. Follow these steps to register an account:

1. In EndNote, click on Edit and then on Preferences:

2. Click on Sync and then on Enable Sync:

3. Then click on Sign Up:

4. Follow the instructions to register your account. NB!! You must use your Stellenbosch University email address when you register, otherwise you will not be able to access EndNote's online features.

5. Once you have registered, EndNote will automatically fill the necessary fields. However, we recommend that you enable the Sync Automatically option before you click on Apply:
