This guide is designed to help you understand and navigate your course reading lists.

Roll over your reading list from an old course to a new course

1. Log into SUNLearn and navigate to your course. Turn editing on.

2. At the Topic where you want to embed the reading list, Add an activity or resource.

3. Select Reading List from the All tab.

4. Enter an Activity name e.g. Reading list and Save and return to course.

5. Select the ROLL OVER button.

6. Select the course from which to roll over a list.

7. You can rename the reading list if you like. Either Reset or Copy the Due Dates, Public notes, Public tags and Reading list collaborators and ROLL OVER.

8. For uploaded files in your list - Download links in citations - that are not self-authored or contain third party content, lecturers should report usage in SUNLearn to the CHEC office each year and for each course and add the new CHEC request number(s) to the Library Discussion.

9. You can choose to further add to / edit your rolled over reading list. 
 

10. Send your rolled over reading list for if any of the citations in your reading list have a Being Prepared status. If all the citations in your reading list have a Complete status, you can skip Library Review and move on to publishing.
